1995 – 1999 - Intensive collaboration with Coenraad van Houten and colleagues of the Centre for Social Development, be-comes the stepping stone towards conducting courses and trainings in Britain, Hungary, Australia, New Zealand and later in India, Thailand and China.
1991 – 1997 - Attended a Training in Biography Work led by Gudrun Burkhard (MD) and Helmuth ten Siethoff and subse-quently started Biographical Consultations for individuals, groups and organisations in Germany.
1991 – 2005 - Administrator and educator at an Independent Tertiary Education initiative.

1988 ongoing - Beginning with innovative projects for the unemployed first steps towards adult education and consultancy work were taken. Working with long term unemployed people made me realise the importance of personal develop-ment and teaching as an Art. Investigating new methods for adult learning, I came into contact with the Centre for Social Development, worked with the founder Coenraad van Houten and in 1995 joined their international team of colleagues.
1981 ongoing - Meeting the Forum Community and Housing Coop started an on-going theoretical and practical process to understand and implement Anthroposophy in 'real social and professional life'.

1974 to 1978 - Studied Electronic Engineering with the German Telecom. 'Tele' did not suit – 'Com' (communication) became part of my life's mission.
1955 - Born in Germany near Kassel (150 km north of Frankfurt). The cultural atmosphere of the area was influenced by the Rosicrucians and became the cradle of the Grimm's Fairy Tales.

'I' on the Path:
"I aim here to serve people and organisations finding ways to their desired development and growth."
Since I had, what I later understood to be, past live flashbacks in my early twenties, I have been on a journey meeting many religious, spiritual and philosophical streams, trying to make sense of my experiences. Anthroposophy gave words and a philosophical context and helped to keep my sanity.
At the age of 21, I detached from my natal faith, the Lutheran Church. On my further journey I spent time in a Cistercian monastery, a Hare Krishna temple and have been close to Osho's Neo-Sannyas movement.
At this moment would define myself as an ethical Anarchist, Humanist and a practicing Spiritualist.
I am longing to see what happens between people in real-time, not only in retrospect as spchologiy and sociology do.
I am searching for an understanding and a language to describe the essence of the Christ Impulse beyond the Christian faith.
