Concept and aim of the training:
• The knowledge of biographical laws, which underlie every biography without exception, is part of the general education of every modern human being who cannot be satisfied with the seemingly fated given of his existence. What is learned thus becomes an integral part of a future philosophy of life, which enables one to view the events of life from a broader perspective and, if necessary, to act accordingly.
• Holistic understanding of the human being. Theosophy by Rudolf Steiner
• Actualisation and realisation of ethical individualism. Being able to face the world as individuality. Philosophy of freedom by Rudolf Steiner
• Salutogenesis: research into the process of health development.
• Appreciation and ethics: the dignity of the human being is inviolable, in mutual appreciation everyone is responsible for their actions, towards themselves, humanity and creation.
• Hygienic-therapeutic effectiveness: true, awake encounters from the I to the I awaken an awareness that a higher principle is at work in the human being. Spiritual independence.
• Living integrative learning: practical connection of science, art, social and individual development processes. Promoting the awareness of those involved and expanding their capacity to act.
• Understanding of processual change beyond birth and death: karma and reincarnation. Learning as self-development in a constantly changing environment.

Scope and duration of the training:
Foundation year - 11 weekends
Advanced course - 16 modules over 1 ½ years.
In total (seminar hours 462 and additional effort 304) Total: 462 + 304 = 766 hours over approx. 2.5 years.
Each module is accompanied by eurythmy, speech formation, painting or sculpting.
