Guiding Principles

Healing, development and transformation in biography ...
which is experienced as the living temple of human being, where individuality grows through love:
healing of personal suffering evolves into a foundation for therapeutic change and guidance;
development unfolds through the individual search for ways to create spiritual consciousness;
transformation is realised through individual deeds striving to shape destiny freedom for the future.

Schooling in process and intervention in biography ...
for development of the incarnating 'I' in the body, soul and spirit, through processes involving
the application of dynamic, creative, artistic instruments of intervention and transformation,
which accompany the existential recognition of the healing power of the higher-self in the biography,
on the personal level as well as in professional work, serving contemporary society.

Individual further schooling and self-assessment ...
whereby the individual practitioner is primarily responsible for evaluating the degree
of her own ability to do, that for which she is trained, or that for which she is called;
recognising that further schooling and self-assessment are a professional priority.

Professional competence and conscience, transparency and synarchy ...
a professionally competent person practices self-knowledge about her capacities and limitations,
and in alignment with her own conscience, she is willing to reveal her vocational work,
in order to establish transparency in the presence of challenge and scrutiny by her peers,
who in their turn are also consciously striving to maintain their own transparency,
in accordance with the development and promotion of collegial synarchy.
